Blue Heron Transition Committee
Roles and Responsibilities:
We want to again welcome Doug Neal and Mike Maley to the transition committee! We thank them for joining us and getting right to the work of representing the residents’ needs.
The committee has updated responsibility areas with 2 additional hands to spread the workload.
The ARC is composed of Doug, Mike Maley, and Henry. The ARC, with Doug as the main contact, will manage day to day requests from residents as well as compliance. They report to the entire committee for decision making.

• Text or email the appropriate committee member if you have a need or concern in their area. Conversations are always great as well; however, please refrain from calling on members at their home unless invited. We are all on call for you, but also need a boundary set for personal time. Also, unless it is an emergency, please conduct business during weekday business hours.
