In our continued effort to find and eliminate water leaks in Blue Heron, there was a leak detection crew working in the park last Friday. Eleven lots were found to have water leaks at their outside frostproof faucets, and one leak at a house fitting. All leaks were marked with a blue flag. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The marked frostproof faucets and fitting need to be repaired or replaced by March 31st, as the leak detection crew will be returning the first week of April for hopefully our last required leak detection effort for the year.
If you received a blue flag, please contact us through the website to verify you know you have a leak and will be repairing or replacing. Also let us know when it has been fixed, please. On March 14 we will post on the website any lot numbers we have not heard from.
