The committee strives to report on issues in the park when we have facts, not speculation, to share. We have been working and investigating this water issue for the past several months, but we do not have a definitive answer yet on what the exact cause is. Rumor and gossip that is being shared in the park about the cause, however, benefits none of our owners.
We have appropriate water and sewer professionals looking at all possibilities. Major leaks through the housing lines have been eliminated. In addition, committee members have been looking for obvious water surfacing and none has appeared.
In regard to the sewer, the engineer has been on site shooting final elevations for the new Elgin mat areas in the field behind the first set of mailboxes.
