To further clarify the notice posted 2-7-26 on the website Notice Board, the Blue Heron Transition Committee, including the ARC, no longer recognizes an official activities committee. Any owner in Blue Heron is welcome to organize a community event. All reservations of the Clubhouse must be made in an individual’s name only. That individual will be the responsible party for the event and will be the person we contact in case there is any damage or problem with the Clubhouse. As stated in the previous post of 2-7-26, all reservations must be made through the website AND event details must be posted on our official Facebook page, Blue Heron RV Community Share, if the reservation is for a community-wide event.
If you have donated funds in the past for activities and have any questions regarding your donation(s), please contact the individual you gave the money to.
