The large flower bed by the road at the entrance of Blue Heron is going to be cleaned out and neatened up. We have dying crape myrtles that need to be removed and other plants that are overgrown and need to be trimmed back. The overgrowth is also causing a visibility/safety problem of not always being able to see traffic on Keith Lane. This work will be done shortly.
We will also be working on a master plan for the future as far as planting areas in the park. This work will be done intermittently, as the budget allows. If you have suggestions, please send your ideas through the website and they will be forwarded to the appropriate individuals.
