It has been brought to our attention that when our residents gathered for game day Monday afternoon, they found the clubhouse had been left quite dirty after some gathering this past weekend. The tops of the tables were sticky, there were two large sticky areas on the floor, all the towels were left dirty, and there were dirty dishes left in the kitchen. Also, the Keurig coffeemaker has been broken. All this violates the Clubhouse Rules regarding cleanup, which are posted in plain view on the wall in the main room. Also, there was no request for the Clubhouse to be reserved this past weekend, as it should have been if there was a party. Â
The card players kindly cleaned up the mess, but that is not their responsibility or the responsibility of anyone else in Blue Heron except those hosting the gathering.Â
If you reserve the Clubhouse, please clean up after your event. Also, those that wish to have coffee at the Clubhouse, you will now have to bring your own coffeemaker.
