Blue Heron Owners
Thanks to all those who have participated in the election process to date.
The slate for Positions 1 and 2 is as follows:
  Velita Armstrong
  Ron Buck
  Mike Maley
  Doug Neal
The nominees on the slate are both eligible to serve and have agreed to do so.  It was derived from nominations made by eligible owners via email.  We had owners decline nomination, as it was not a good fit for their family at this time. We appreciate the careful consideration made by all nominees – those who accepted and those who did not. All are prepared to put the good of the community over their own interests.
Each eligible lot has 2 votes. Those votes must be for 2 different nominees. If your household only wants to vote for one nominee you will have only one vote.  This applies to those who own multiple eligible lots. They may divide each lot differently if they choose to do so.  If you are not eligible to vote due to outstanding assessments or compliance issues, please do not do so. If an ineligible owner casts a vote, it will not be counted.
The 2 nominees with the most votes will earn positions.Â

Voting will commence immediately and end at 12:00 PM Friday, April 4th. Votes will be tallied and the winner announced on Monday, April 7th.
