The Transition Committee would like to remind all residents that the tables, chairs, and other furnishings located in the Community Building are community property. However, it should not be removed for personal use without approval from the Transition Committee.
It has come to the Committee’s attention that community property was recently removed from the Community Building for private use without prior approval. Although the items were returned after use, they were not returned in the same condition in which they were taken.
To help protect and preserve community property for everyone’s benefit, effective immediately, all requests to use tables, chairs, or any other Community Building property outside of the building for personal use must receive prior approval from the Transition Committee.
No community property is to be removed from the Community Building for personal use without approval.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting and caring for our shared community resources.
Thank you,
Blue Heron Transition Committee
