It has been reported that trash is being left in the clubhouse trash cans and not disposed of properly. This can lead to smell and possibly a rodent problem. It is not the responsibility of our committee members who oversee the Clubhouse to check for and dispose of trash.
If you have an event in the clubhouse, please do not leave trash in the inside cans, take it to the dumpsters. Likewise, if you use the pool and accumulate trash, please take it to the dumpsters, do not put it in the inside trash cans.
Just FYI for anyone new to our community, the Clubhouse Usage Rules are posted in the large room of the Clubhouse and also posted on this Notice Board in a post dated April 24, 2024.Â
