This was originally posted on 7-1-25: “We had emergency services in the park last week, and they had a hard time finding the correct house. We are requesting that our owners number your house/lot, if you haven’t already done so. Please use numbers large enough to be easily seen from the street. Also, if your house/lot is between two streets, please number each side. This will greatly help responders and would definitely help in an emergency situation.”
Also, probably just about everyone in Blue Heron has had to chase down a package because it was delivered to the wrong lot. And now we have been informed that Amazon drivers will be delivering more in BH and delivering at night. So just a reminder about the importance of easily-seen house numbers on our homes or in our yards. Please consider adding a solar light to your house number or yard sign. If you use a yard sign, please place it out of the path of the mowers.
