It has come to our attention that some homeowners in Blue Heron are confused about the makeup and duties of the Transition Committee and the ARC. Because of privacy concerns, no committee member names will be posted here. Please refer to the Bulletin Board post of 5/30/25 entitled, “Transition Committee Update.” It lists the Committee members, their duties, and their contact information.Â
First, we are not an HOA. The Transition Committee is an advisory committee with 5 members plus the Developer’s liason. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a subcommittee of the Transition Committee made up of 3 of the 5 members of the Transition Committee. The ARC is responsible for compliance and architectural submissions. They report back to the entire Transition Committee. All issues/matters of Blue Heron are discussed by the entire Transition Committee, and if a vote is required on any of those matters, all 5 members of the Transition Committee vote.
Please remember, we do not conduct business on social media. We communicate through the Notice Board and Bulletin Board of the website. Please check those website locations frequently for any updates.
