Some reminders for our owners, from the R&Rs:
When your RV will be off site for repairs for more than 14 days, please notify a committee member. We are often asked status questions concerning missing RVs. When asking owners, some have found the question intrusive. Open communication is crucial, and we would appreciate your assistance in keeping the committee informed so that they can keep the rest of the community informed.
Fall is here and the growing season is coming to an end. Please clean up and remove any current gardens. A reminder that the CCRs limit garden location and the R&Rs require pre-approval for gardens.
Fall is also a good time to clean up around your ports. Lots should be neat and clutter free. Curb appeal is good for community property values and especially helpful to those who have property for sale.
Several items have been placed on common areas this year including the pool, clubhouse, and grounds. For clubhouse or pool area, please obtain prior approval, preventing removal of the item by the committee.
Nothing should be stored on common grounds, even when the owner is amenable to others using the item.
Personal equipment, such as mowers, etc., should be out of sight on your property.
Utility Trailers – open or closed – may not be stored in BH.
